We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the concerns of customers engaged in resin cutting processing. In a workspace equipped with 10 processing machines, temperature management was insufficient, leading to variations in dimensional accuracy for each machine. We received a request to improve yield by thoroughly managing the temperature. In response, we proposed the installation of a booth using insulation panels, taking into account the layout of the processing machines and the workflow. As a result, temperature management in the cutting processing area was optimized, improving processing accuracy and significantly reducing the defect rate, achieving the intended goals of the installation.
